Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
3. Local Pickup / Delivery (Optional)

We may offer local pickup or delivery for certain products. If available, this option will appear at checkout.

Pickup times will be arranged by appointment.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lovewileypr@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you on a replacement or credit.
