  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

 

 


 

 

3. Local Pickup / Delivery (Optional)

 

 

  • We may offer local pickup or delivery for certain products. If available, this option will appear at checkout.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

 

 

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lovewileypr@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you on a replacement or credit.
