3. Products & Services

 

 

  • We make every effort to display accurate product and service descriptions, pricing, and availability.

  • Some services (such as intimacy coaching or wellness guidance) may require you to sign an additional client agreement before beginning.

  • Photography and coaching sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the purchasing client unless otherwise agreed.

 

 

 

 

4. Payment & Billing

 

 

  • We accept payment through Shopify’s secure checkout system.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information.

  • If your payment is declined or incomplete, we may suspend or cancel your order or service.

 

 

 

 

5. Refunds & Cancellations

 

 

  • Physical product sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Coaching, wellness, and photography sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • Deposits for services are non-refundable.

 

 

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

 

  • All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of The Love Shack and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our permission.

 

 

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

 

  • We are not liable for any damages that may occur from the use (or misuse) of our products, services, or website.

  • Our coaching and wellness guidance are for educational and empowerment purposes only and are not intended to replace medical, legal, or therapeutic advice.

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
